1. Privacy Policy
By using the Bolaka app, you agree to the collection of basic profile data (Name, Email via Google/Email Login) and contact details (Phone, Address) for reward management and account security. We do not share your personal data with third parties.
2. Reward System (Points Economy)
- Reading Rewards: Earn 1 point for every 2 seconds of reading. Minimum 100 points required to save a session.
- Daily Bonus: Claimable once every 24 hours by watching a rewarded advertisement.
- P2P Transfer: Users can securely transfer points to other registered users.
3. Team & Multi-Level Referral Rules
To claim points from your team organization, the following conditions must be met:
- Self Qualification: You must earn at least 100 reading points yourself on that specific day.
- Claim Logic:
- 1 Active Direct Referral (100+ pts today) = Level 1 Claim Unlocked.
- 2 Active Direct Referrals = Level 1 & 2 Claims Unlocked.
- Up to 5 Active Direct Referrals = All 5 Levels Unlocked.
- Grace Period (12 AM - 1 AM): Points earned by downlines during this hour are stored as "Waiting Points" and moved to the next day's Raw Points at 1:00 AM.
- Daily Reset: All unclaimed team points reset to zero at 1:00 AM daily.
4. Prohibited Usage
Any attempt to use bots, automated scripts, or multiple accounts to manipulate the point system will result in a permanent ban of your account and forfeiture of all points.
১. গোপনীয়তা নীতি (Privacy Policy)
বলাকা অ্যাপটি ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আপনি আপনার প্রোফাইল তথ্য (নাম, ইমেইল) এবং যোগাযোগের তথ্য (মোবাইল নম্বর, ঠিকানা) সংগ্রহের অনুমতি দিচ্ছেন। এই তথ্যগুলো শুধুমাত্র আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের নিরাপত্তা এবং রিওয়ার্ড প্রদানের জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়।
২. রিওয়ার্ড এবং পয়েন্ট নীতিমালা
- রিডিং রিওয়ার্ড: প্রতি ২ সেকেন্ড পড়ার জন্য ১ পয়েন্ট। সেশন সেভ করতে অন্তত ১০০ পয়েন্ট প্রয়োজন।
- ডেইলি বোনাস: প্রতিদিন একটি রিওয়ার্ড বিজ্ঞাপন দেখে বোনাস পয়েন্ট সংগ্রহ করা যাবে।
- পয়েন্ট ট্রান্সফার: একজন ইউজার অন্য ইউজারের কাছে নিরাপদে পয়েন্ট পাঠাতে পারবেন।
৩. টিম এবং রেফারেল নীতিমালা (পয়েন্ট ক্লেম শর্ত)
টিম থেকে কাঁচা পয়েন্ট (Raw Points) ক্লেম করতে নিচের শর্তগুলো আবশ্যিক:
- ব্যক্তিগত সক্রিয়তা: টিম পয়েন্ট ক্লেম করতে হলে ওই দিনে আপনাকে নিজে অন্তত ১০০ রিডিং পয়েন্ট অর্জন করতে হবে।
- সরাসরি রেফারেল শর্ত:
- ১ জন সরাসরি রেফারেল সক্রিয় (১০০+ পয়েন্ট) থাকলে লেভেল-১ ক্লেম করা যাবে।
- ২ জন সক্রিয় থাকলে লেভেল-২ পর্যন্ত এবং ৫ জন সক্রিয় থাকলে ৫টি লেভেলই ক্লেম করা যাবে।
- গ্রেস পিরিয়ড (রাত ১২টা - ১টা): এই সময়ে অর্জিত পয়েন্টগুলো "ওয়েটিং পয়েন্ট" হিসেবে থাকবে এবং রাত ১টার পর নতুন দিনের কাঁচা পয়েন্টে যুক্ত হবে।
- রিসেট: প্রতিদিন রাত ১টার পর আগের দিনের ক্লেম না করা সকল পয়েন্ট জিরো হয়ে যাবে।
৪. নিষিদ্ধ কার্যক্রম
কোনো প্রকার বট, অটোমেশন বা একাধিক ভুয়া অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করে পয়েন্ট অর্জনের চেষ্টা করলে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থায়ীভাবে নিষিদ্ধ করা হবে।
