These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Iqra mobile application and website (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for lawful, personal, non-commercial use.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activities under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Plans: Pro Weekly ($1.99), Pro Monthly ($2.99), Pro Yearly ($14.99). Prices may vary by region.
Payment & Renewal: Processed and managed by Apple App Store / Google Play. Auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
Manage/Cancel: Use your platform subscription settings.
Refunds: Request via platform channels (e.g., Apple’s Report a Problem).
Restore Purchases: Use the in-app “Restore Purchases”.

4. Acceptable Use

No reverse engineering, scraping, or unlawful use; do not interfere with security or access controls.

5. Intellectual Property

Iqra app, UI, content, and software are owned by nbendroidapps and licensors. Trademarks/graphics require prior permission.

6. Third-Party Services

The app may include analytics, ads, and payment SDKs. Their use is governed by their respective terms and policies.

7. Disclaimers

Service provided “as is”. No warranties beyond those required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nbendroidapps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms or unlawful behavior.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated version.
